Terms of Service

Welcome to Hisel Books!


Please read this Terms of Service agreement carefully. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from our website, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement. Hisel Books may change the Terms of Service from time to time and post any modified terms on the TOS page of our website. You understand and agree that if you visit and/or purchase from the Hisel Books website after the date on which these terms have changed, Hisel Books will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms.

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering, all printed books and other tangible items are shipped one to three business days after the order is placed and is shipped using two day shipping. Generally, you should expect to receive your order within three to five business days after your order is placed.


Feel free to inquire about the status of your order at any time by sending us a message through the form on the contact page of our website. Please include in your message the name and email address you used when placing your order. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours, providing you a status of your order with shipping details.

Return Policy

All sales are final.


Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. (See the "Exception to Return Policy" in the next section of this Terms of Service Agreement to read about when returns are allowed.) Please confirm the items in your cart prior to making your purchase.

Exception to Return Policy (Received Wrong Item)

Hisel Books does accept returns if the wrong item was delivered. If you receive the wrong item, do the following steps to return your item.


• Review your order confirmation to verify that you received a different item than you ordered. If the item you received is different than the item on your order confirmation, continue to the next step.

• Send us a message through the form on the contact page of our website or call us at (424)-235-1644 and provide us with the name and email address you used when placing your order and a description of the product you received. Also inform us of whether you want the correct product sent to you or a refund for your purchase. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours with instructions on how and where to return the product. Products must be returned in unused condition. Once we receive the product, we will promptly send the replacement product or issue a refund, depending on the option you have chosen.

Item Not Received

Generally, with very few exceptions, customers receive their orders within three to five business days. However, delays in delivery may occur due to weather and other shipping carrier issues. Because of this, an item is not considered undelivered until 30 days after the order date. See the "Delivery" section above in this Terms of Service Agreement to find out how to track the delivery of your order.


If you did not receive your item, send us a message through the form on the contact page of our website or call us at (424)235-1644 and provide us with the name and email address you used when placing your order and the name of the the item or items you did not receive. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours, updating you on the status of your order and/or confirming the issue of a refund, depending on the situation.


Please note, we rely on shipping carriers to deliver printed books and other tangible items and thus are not responsible for delivery problems caused by the shipping carriers. A tracking number serves as evidence of us shipping an item, fulfilling our obligation to provide the product(s) ordered. Once an order is shipped and a tracking number provided, the shipping carrier is responsible for refunding customers for lost or damaged shipments. However, we do (although we are not obligated to) assist our customers with resolving delivery issues. We may, at our choosing, (although we are not obligated to) issue refunds or send out replacement items to customers for items lost or damaged by or under the care of the shipping carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not issue refunds or allow for the exchange of products, except for the following reasons:


• Customers who receive the wrong item may receive a refund or exchange the product for the correct item. See the "Exception to Return Policy" section above in this Terms of Service agreement for the complete details of when and how to receive a refund or make an exchange for delivery of the wrong item.

• Customers who don't receive an ordered and paid for product are entitled to a refund under the conditions listed in the "Item Not Received" section above in this Terms of Services agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Hisel Media, the parent company of Hisel Books, holds exclusive worldwide rights to the content on this website and the books and other content made available via this website. Content on this website and made available via this website is provided to you AS IS for your information, entertainment and personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this website or the products available via this website. You may not use our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or in any manner that would violate copyright laws.


We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Terms of Service agreement.

Enforcement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Terms of Service agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of this Terms of Service agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this Terms of Service agreement will remain in effect.
